    SAI raided by CBI; six officials arrested for taking bribes

    The CBI sleuths carried out a surprise raid at the official premises of the Sports Authority of India outside Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru stadium, following allegations of bribery against some officials of the sports body. The allegations are that these officials demanded a three per cent bribe while clearing a transport bill of Rs 19 lakh of a private contractor.
