Every issue Tribe magazine features a variety of artists from the region. One of the magazine's regular contributors is the Iraqi artist Wafaa Bilal. Wafaa is well known for his technology driven art works and new media pieces. The photo editor of Tribe, Sueraya Shaheen has tracked the artist down in his favourite café to take his portrait for the magazine. As Sueraya hangs out with Wafaa in New York, Mubarik is busy getting the magazine ready to print.
